A neat feature of the Mando Footloose is that when you pedal the energy you generate turns into electricity that charges the battery. However the most impressive bit of automotive technology would be the bike’s ECU (Electronic Control Unit), which is located in the center of the frame. The ECU is an integrated sensor that recognizes bike speeds and slope of the terrain, and will process that data to regulate its motor performance accordingly; kind of like the electronic assistant in a car.
The Mando Footloose is very portable, by simply pushing two levers the bike can be folded and rolled on its wheels. What we like about the bike is that its design had a strong “human focus”, designed for regular people; smooth and clean, like the latest smartphone where all the powerful technology is hidden inside and working behind-the-scenes.
