If you’re visiting Budapest anytime soon, why not book a room at the city’s latest luxury hotel?

Budapest becomes home to a brand new luxury hotel in March this year when the 49-room Aria Budapest opens its doors. Developed by Henry Kallan, founder of the Library Hotel Collection, the new establishment follows in the footsteps of other legendary hotels around the world owned by the collection, including the Library and Casablanca Hotels in New Yorkj and the Aria Hotel in Prague.

Budapest’s latest plush hotel is located in a late 19th Century building which has been magnificently renovated in a stunning mix of classic and contemporary styles by local interior designer Zoltán Varro. Aria Budapest’s decor is themed around a love of every type of music, including jazz, contemporary, classical music and opera. The interior is designed to represent a private Hungarian home and the most talked-about set of rooms in the seven-storey hotel is the studio suite that has been dedicated to Hungarian composer Franz Lizt.

There are four wings in all, each with its own elevators, to offer ultimate privacy. Many of the rooms boast private balconies overlooking the enclosed garden and courtyard. The hotel offers various dining options including a bistro-style restaurant, bar and lounge. There is a spa on the premises and guests enjoy treatments accompanied by their choice of music. Hotel guests all have access to an extensive music library via both iPads and flat screen TVs.

Located in the historic center of Budapest on the Pest side of the River Danube, the hotel is ideally located to shops, restaurants, café, entertainment and various major landmarks.
