Villa Persha has the particularity of having a historical main building originating from the year 1715 and five other historical buildings including an old finca, a bird sanctuary and a fisherman’s house, all re-built and individually refurbished offering further guest accommodation.

Situated in the Alcùdia region, the property benefits of 30 km of the finest beaches in the Mediterranean, ideal for boat excursions, such as the ones one can enjoy with the “Boston Whaler” moored in the Mariner of “Puerto de Cocodrillo”, diving and swimming.

While it is true that the beaches at Puerto Alcúdia and Playa de Muro can suit the most sedentary of sun-worshipper, the sea offers the more active a variety of fun and excitement. And it is the water that is one of the main focuses of sport in Alcúdia and Playa de Muro. There are ample opportunities for scuba diving, jet- and water-skiing, wind- and kite-surfing, the latter definitely en vogue right now.

This area is considered to be one of the most beautiful and unique of all areas in the Ballearic Islands. The sea vistas momentarily aside, Northern Mallorca also offers indisputably spectacular scenery along its wonderful coast. Guests here will take in the best of both worlds in scenery and activities.
