From there, it’s a 20-minute journey by luxury yacht to the island where a traditional Maldivian reception awaits you – this includes dancers and drummers waiting for guests on their private jetty.


Guests then enjoy a brief tour of the luxurious residence, including the sunken lounge that is surrounded by a lily pond, a full-sized pool overlooking the private beach, a dining room that seats 10 comfortably plus the living room next door that is fitted with a state of the art Bang & Olufsen™ home theatre system. There’s an open-air Teppanyaki-style kitchen there too, as well as the fully stocked kitchen inside, plus a wine cellar, both the domain of your private chef.


This superlative residence boasts a stunning Master Bedroom that comes complete with its own living area, private spa treatment room and private gym. The bathroom features an oversized stone bathtub, plus an outdoor bathing area with a Jacuzzi and TV.


The villas each feature a bedroom, private open-air deck, walk-in wardrobe and stone bathtub. There’s a Suite that connects to the main residence, with two bedrooms, a separate living room and its own private swimming pool.


The Royal residence enables guests to enjoy their very own private island retreat whilst enjoying all the facilities of the Jumeirah Vittaveli resort, which is also located on the island; private guests reach the resort via a chauffeur-driven buggy. Facilities at the resort include a diving base, water sports center, four restaurants, two bars as well as a spa with overwater and garden treatment rooms. The resort focuses on understated luxury and has a strong cultural connection, offering visitors an authentic Maldivian island experience.
