The fabulous U2 iNnocence & eXperience Tour comes to LA at the end of May, from Tuesday May 26th to Sunday May 31st. And although many of the tickets are sold out, Baroque Travel can assist and book yours

Global icon Bono and music legends U2 are about to embark on their 2015 iNnocence & eXperience Tour, which kicks off on May 14th in Vancouver. They will be performing in California at the end of May. Of course, all performances are expected to be jam packed, have been full houses, so we expect the LA shows to be just as popular.

The legendary Irish musicians are performing sets from their latest album, Songs of Innocence, which was released in 2014. North America is the first leg of their iconic world tour, which then travels across North America and around Europe, visiting 20 cities in all and ending in Paris in November. Ticket prices for the California leg of the show range from just $40 to $6,500 and the Dublin-based band will be performing at The LA Forum in Inglewood.

The tour offers a selection of arranged travel and VIP packages, and Baroque Travel can assist in arranging everything for you, from flights and accommodation in LA to the best seats in the house.

The 2015 world tour is on a much smaller scale than the band’s famous 360° Tour between 2009 and 2011 where stadiums sold out around the world. However it has a number of highlights planned, including high-res video and tech-savvy sound. Already 98% of the 1.2 million available tickets for the 68 concerts for the tour have been sold. In New York City, everything is sold out for the first six of the eight shows, which is why so many people are keen to get to California to catch a glimpse of the band in action.

U2’s frontman, Bono, who is still recovering from a bike accident in November 2014 that left him with numerous injuries, is now in good health and ready to embark on the tour. In fact, he has apparently dyed his hair blonde for the tour!

Last week (Monday May 4th), the band surprised subway passengers in New York City with an impromptu performance at Grand Central Station. They played a selection of their most popular hits. The band then appeared with talk show host Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show on Friday May 8th.

In keeping with the title of ‘innocence and experience’, the 2015 world tour will feature different sets for two different nights, showcasing different stage performances and song renditions.
