Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts has a brand new offering in the magical Maldives – and it’s more special than most other private islands around the world. This one, which is located at Voavah, Baa Atoll, is the only exclusive-use UNESCO hide-away in a World Biosphere Reserve. The property, which is located on a secluded, private five-acre island in the Maldives, will open later this year.
Four Seasons’ luxury private island experience offers the opportunity for guests to book the entire island for themselves. The entire property comprises seven bedrooms in all, located in three separate locations: on the beach, over the lagoon or elevated in panoramic Mezzanine Suites. There’s a beach house with open-air living area, as well as a dining-room, kitchen, gym and library. There’s also a dive center on the island, as well as a state-of-the-art spa called the Oceans of Consciousness Spa. But that’s not all… guests have access to their very own 62-foot yacht so that they can explore the surrounding magnificent, untouched UNESCO Biosphere Reserve!
A maximum of 22 guests can enjoy this exclusive Four Seasons property at a time, secure in the knowledge that they will enjoy every luxury possible, as well as no neighbors and no paparazzi! They can dive with whale sharks, snorkel to see colorful fish, swim with neighborhood turtles at protected Baathala in the north, go surfing or cruise in the yacht, dive with mantas at famous Hanifaru in the south, or enjoy the company of others at Four Seasons Resort Landaa Giraavaru, which is located just 20 minutes’ boat drive away.
