Housed in a historic building that dates back to the 1930s, Le Cinq Codet has recently been restored to its former glory by famous French designer Jean-Philippe Nuel, who created spacious loft-style spaces throughout. The prestigious 7th arrondisement is one of the most coveted areas in all of Paris, known for its sophistication, cachet and history. The hotel, which is set in what was once the France Telecom building, offers an entrée to a world of beauty and exclusivity close to many of the city’s most famous sights, including the Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides and the Rodin Museum.

The building’s architecture is quite unique, and sets the tone for the hotel’s interior design. It’s evocative of the prow of an ocean liner rising above the other traditional Haussmann buildings in the street. The entire hotel has an artistic feel, from the loft experience in each of the 67 guest rooms to the creative beauty in the lobby and throughout the hotel, which is filled with masterpieces one would expect to see in a famous Paris art gallery. The furniture is also bespoke, offering guests a creative luxury escape in an aesthetic retreat. The hotel’s restaurant, bar, patio and spa are all designed to offer a secluded Parisian lifestyle that is both exclusive and exquisite at the same time.

The choice of rooms includes Classic, Duplex, Superior and Deluxe rooms as well as Junior Suites, most of which boast a balcony. There’s also a Duplex Suite, Superior Suite and the spacious Prestige Suite, which features a dressing room, private garden and terrace with Jacuzzi. The Duplex Suite overlooks Les Invalides and Superior and Prestige rooms feature views of both Les Invalides and the Eiffel Tower. All guest rooms and suites are air-conditioned with en suite private bathrooms, a seating area, flat screen TV, mini bar, coffee machine and Mac mini computer.

Dining is a delight at Le Cinq Codet. The restaurant has a warm atmosphere and a menu featuring exceptional cuisine for lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. Sunday lunch is very popular with locals and visitors alike. Chef Antoine K’ros creates magic with fresh ingredients, ensuring that every meal is a delight. Guests also enjoy a snacks menu of bistro-style dishes in the lounge bar, and room service.

The hotel features an interior courtyard and patio, as well as a spa and wellness center with hot tub and hammam, fitness center and 24-hour reception. The hotel also provides bicycles for guests to explore the area.
