All the food at COMO Castello Del Nero is prepared using fresh organic produce from the estate as well as the finest Tuscan ingredients sourced from farmers in the area. As expected from a Michelin-starred retreat, the menus are constantly changing with the season. Guests enjoy dining al fresco on the terrace in the warmer months, savoring superb cuisine and the spectacular scenery. There’s also the Michelin-starred restaurant, La Torre, for dining on gourmet fare, which is located in the castle’s former stables.

Before being bought by the COMO Group in 2018, the Castello had functioned as a private estate. It was used as a private hotel since 2006.
