Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show

This November, Florida prepares for the 56th Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, where yacht builders, designers and yacht aficionados get together to see the very best sea vessels available. Let Baroque Yachts arrange your visit to the largest boat show in the world

 

From 4th to 9th November, Fort Lauderdale will be abuzz with yacht lovers as well as those who enjoy exotic cars, as the town, known as the Yachting Capital of the World gets ready to host its annual celebration of all things bold and beautiful. Show exhibits will include a wide selection of boats and sea vessels, including high performance boats, magnificent super yachts, cabin cruisers, motor and sailing yachts, catamarans, ski and jet boats, canoes, and everything in between.

 

The 2015 show will also feature all sorts of boating accessories as well as every possible type of boat from every major marine manufacturer and boat builder on earth. Guests of the show will be transported to see all of these glorious displays by a network of water taxis, river boats and bus shuttles.

 

This year’s show locations include Bahia Mar Yachting Center, the Hall of Fame Marina, the Greater Ford Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center and Hilton Fort Lauderdale Grande Hotel. The show will be open from 10am to 7pm on 6, 7 and 8 November, and from 10am to 5pm on Monday 9th November.

1pm: Captain Chris Yacht on Cruising the Florida Keys at Bahia Mar

3pm: Captain Chris Yacht on Cruising America’s Great Loop at Bahia Mar

7 NOVEMBER

12pm: Craig Dietrich on Intro to Underwater Photography at the Convention Center

1pm: Lionfish – how to catch, clean and eat at Convention Center

3pm: Bikini Fashion Show at Convention Center

4pm: Bahamas and Cuba destination Travel hosted by IGFA School of Sportfishing at Convention Center

 

8 NOVEMBER

1.30pm: Offshore Masters Panel hosted by IGFA School of Sportfishing at Convention Center

2pm: US Coast Guard on Search and Rescue Stories and Advice at Convention Center

4pm: Jim Mathie on Best Methods of Lobstering at Convention Center

 

Not to be missed: The Blue Wild Watersports Marine Art Expo at the Convention Center

Listen to experts speak about different water sports, including spearfishing, free diving, paddle boarding and underwater photography. Visit the extensive Marine Art Display Room with all sorts of art including underwater photography and contemporary pieces.
