The 2016 Progressive® Insurance Miami International Boat Show® will be held at is Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin on President’s Day Weekend, 11 to 15 February, 2016
This year, the iconic Progressive® Insurance Miami International Boat Show® is moving from its usual location at Miami Beach Convention Center to an island location, Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin, which is situated on Virginia Key, minutes from Downtown Miami! This exciting event will be held on Thursday, 11 February and Monday 15 February from 10am to 6pm. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday (12, 13 and 14 February), the show will be open from 10am to 8pm.
The 2016 show follows the same legendary formula as previous Miami Boat Shows, but there are also some new, dynamic, exciting events to be held. Featuring more than 3,000 boats on land and in the water, plus 2,000 exhibitors displaying their wares in t closed and open-air tented exhibition spaces. Visitors can experience what’s new in boating as well as the latest in power boats, sail boats and engines, not to mention cutting-edge marine electronics and accessories, nautical gifts, services and clothing… and much more. Of course, there is also plenty of entertainment and dining opportunities, not to mention boating workshops on the water, daily seminars and lots of chances to test the waters.
The 2016 show, which is renowned as one of the greatest boat shows in the world, still includes the fun annual Strictly Sail®event. This will be held at Miamarina at Bayside Marketplace. If you’re looking for a new boat, the show is ideal as you will be able to compare makes and models from the industry’s leading brands, chat to boating experts and find out everything you need to know before making your final choice. The New Yacht & Power Boat Show at Sea Isle Marina will feature the latest, most extraordinary and uniquely designed yachts and super yachts from the foremost custom boat builders in the world – motor yachts, sports yachts, center consoles, high performance boats, sport fishing vessels, compact trawlers, blue water manufacturers and down east style motor yachts. These spectacular vessels will be displayed along five piers and the sea wall.
Tickets are available for daily passes or, if you’re keen to spend the long weekend exploring, you can purchase a 5-Day Pass. Tickets provide entrance to all boat show sites and also include free access to shuttle buses and water taxis that run between the New Yacht & Power Boat Show at Sea Isle Marina and Strictly Sail Miami at Miamarina at Bayside.

The new location at Virginia Key is easy to get to by land or sea: there is plentiful parking, as well as shuttles and water taxi services. In addition, all major hotel chains will offer water taxi services to and from the Miami Marine Stadium Park and Basin location.
