Fresh off the Miami Grand Prix weekend, Charles Leclerc had another major milestone to celebrate — the delivery of his stunning new Riva 102 Corsaro Super.
The Scuderia Ferrari driver officially received the custom-built superyacht during a private ceremony at Riva’s La Spezia shipyard in Italy, alongside his wife, Alexandra.
For Leclerc, the yacht represents more than simply another luxury acquisition. The Monegasque racing star has long maintained a close relationship with Riva and its parent company, Ferretti Group, which also serves as an official sponsor of Ferrari’s Formula 1 team.
A Longstanding Passion for Riva
Leclerc is no stranger to the world of luxury yachting. Before taking ownership of the new 102 Corsaro Super, he had already added several Riva models to his collection, including the elegant 48 Dolceriva Monza and the 82 Diva Sedici.
His latest yacht, however, takes the experience to an entirely new level.
First unveiled in 2021, the 102 Corsaro Super is an evolution of the acclaimed 100 Corsaro platform. Measuring just over 102 feet in length, the flybridge superyacht combines sleek Italian styling with high-performance engineering and expansive living spaces.
Designed in collaboration with Officina Italiana Design, the yacht features sporty exterior lines, panoramic glazing, and a silhouette that mirrors the aerodynamic elegance often associated with Ferrari itself.
Leclerc’s yacht is particularly special as it marks the 20th hull of the 102 Corsaro Super series.
Personalized Luxury at Sea
The semi-custom yacht reflects Leclerc’s refined personal taste through a range of carefully curated design details and bespoke additions.
The exterior spaces were styled using furniture from Minotti, paired with cushions by Jim Thompson to create a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.
One of the standout features is the redesigned flybridge, where Leclerc added a fully customized entertainment bar complete with:
- An oversized grill
- Induction hob
- Dual refrigerators
- Ice maker
The beach club area was also personalized with a custom hauling ramp designed specifically for launching and retrieving water toys with greater ease.
Interiors Designed for Modern Elegance
Inside, the yacht embraces sophisticated contemporary Italian luxury.
The interiors feature furnishings from Poliform, elegant tableware by Christofle, premium linens from Frette, and a tailor-made sound system created by Bang & Olufsen.
Leclerc also personally selected custom touches throughout the yacht, including distinctive door handles and refined Corian Calacatta Greige finishes that enhance the vessel’s understated luxury aesthetic.
The owner’s suite is especially striking, featuring an en suite bathroom finished in polished Calacatta Vagli Oro marble — a fitting retreat for one of Formula 1’s most recognizable stars.
Performance Worthy of an F1 Driver
While the 102 Corsaro Super cannot rival a Formula 1 car for outright speed, it still delivers impressive performance on the water.
Powered by twin MTU engines generating 2,638 horsepower, the yacht reaches a cruising speed of 24 knots and a top speed of 28 knots, balancing power, comfort, and long-range cruising capability.
For Leclerc, whose lifestyle seamlessly blends motorsport, luxury, and Mediterranean living, the new Riva appears to be the perfect extension of his world away from the racetrack.
And while a podium finish may have slipped away in Miami, arriving home to a bespoke 102-foot Italian superyacht is hardly a bad consolation prize.
