Palazzo Fendi, new luxury Rome hotel

The plush, exclusive Palazzo Fendi in Rome has been transformed into an exclusive luxury hotel and now offers a choice of seven exclusive private suites. Let Baroque Travel book your sumptuous stay

Not only is shopping at Fendi in Rome an exclusive experience, but now you can go one step further, and stay in luxury in the magnificent Palazzo Fendi, a 17th Century residence that is the epitome of the design brand’s exquisite style. Located on bustling Via Condotti, the sumptuous Palazzo Fendi was originally built for the Ludovisi Boncompagni family in the 1800s. In 2005, Fendi made this palace its prestigious headquarters.

Palazzo Fendi still retains its magnificent architecture and it boasts a superb location close to the exquisite Trinita dei Monti Church, which is located at the top of the renowned Spanish Steps. Of course, when Fendi took over the palace, it was meticulously restored to its former glory. Today it is a perfect example of Fendi’s stunning, stylish design and high-end luxe.

Those who are lucky enough to stay at the noble, historic Palazzo Fendi will enjoy unsurpassed accommodation and every possible luxury in the tradition of traditional Roman elegance and style. Of course, Fendi’s contemporary design ethic is ever-present, too, with an unsurpassed level of taste, creativity and lifestyle.

Each of the seven exclusive Private Suites is a chic retreat, and offers a glimpse of living in a luxury Roman home. Fendi has ensured that guests enjoy the highest standards of style, service and comfort here. Each suite is designed with the Italian cachet for merging different periods and styles. There is an aesthetic of strong contrasts, surprising juxtapositions, artisans and art. The result is a series of suites, including deluxe and junior suites. Guests enjoy Fendi Casa linen and toiletries to add a touch of haute couture, as well as designer cotton satin sheets and exclusive Diptyque products.

Palazzo Suite 1 is one of the most spacious, offering breathtaking views over the Trinita dei Monti Church, an elegantly furnished living area and large walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom features a window bath, or walk-through red Levanto marble shower. Palazzo Suite 2 can be connected to Suite 1 to sleep up to four people. It offers enchanting views over Via dei Condotti and Piazza di Spagna and features separate but connected areas – an elegant master bedroom with spacious marble bathroom, and a living area.

Deluxe Suite 3 overlooks Via del Corso all the way to Piazza del Popolo. It boasts three large windows flooding the room with beautiful light and a sumptuous private marble bathroom. Suites 4 and 5 can also be combined to create a larger, more sumptuous space. They also feature every possible Fendi luxury.

The Junior Suite, Deluxe Suite 6, overlooks Via dell’Arancia’s authentic artisan shops and busy fruit and vegetable market. It’s elegant and secluded and equipped with every possible modern comfort. The final suite, the Corner Suite, or Master Suite, is the most luxurious of all. Situated on the corner of Largo Goldoni and Via di Fontanella Borghese, this spacious, elegant space is divided into two separate areas for maximum privacy. The regal bedroom has four windows and the bathroom is ultra-luxurious.
