Originally a 17th century manor, the Moulin is set in a beautiful sprawling estate located approximately halfway between Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. It is a fantastic base during your time in Provence.

Aix is the first Roman town outside Italy, featuring great outdoor markets, beautiful architecture and sit in cafe terraces, while you sip pastis or a local rosé before heading off to enjoy three-hour dinners of slow-cooked daube de boeuf Provençale. It is not hard to understand why Cézanne – the father of modern art drew so much inspiration from this breathtaking part of the world.
While back in the Moulin, there are activities aplenty to keep guests occupied. Golf enthusiast are only steps from the Pont Royal green, an 18-hole Championship golf course designed by legendary golfer Seve Ballesteros.
