Stylish hotel brand JK Place is renowned the world over for its elegant, luxurious Italian hotels. And now it’s opening an establishment in Paris in Spring 2019. Baroque Travel has all the details
One of luxury travel’s best-kept secrets, the JK Place brand is a force to be reckoned with in the hospitality industry. With hotels in Florence, Capri and Rome in Italy that are favored by the international fashion set, the luxury hotel brand has now revealed that they are opening their first international hotel, an urban retreat in Paris. Located in the heart of Paris in the 7th arrondissement, it is expected to open its doors at the end of May this year.
It took five years to find the perfect location for this intimate luxury establishment – and what a stunning location it is. Set in a former European consulate on Rue de Lille, situated behind the Seine and close to the Musee d’Orsay on the Left Bank near Boulevard Saint Germaine, the 30-room property is small and luxurious. Distinctive features include an indoor swimming pool and a state-of-the-art spa by top French brand Sisley.
This stylish hotel is distinctly Italian, but it also boasts some homegrown Parisian touches. Antiques from local Parisian flea markets and commissioned bespoke pieces from French designers rub shoulders with ultra-chic Italian style. To add another Italian touch, there is a branch of the Italian restaurant and club chain, Casa Tua, run by Micky Grendene, whose renowned Miami and Aspen eateries have gained much acclaim. The menu will feature Casa Tua’s signature Northern Italian cuisine (word has it that the food is sublime). It’s an all-day restaurant and bar, offering everything from morning espressos to late-night Spritzes.
This deluxe boutique hotel is a member of the prestigious Leading Hotels of the World, and features just 30 unique guest rooms and suites, exquisitely decorated by Florentine architect and designer Michele Bonan with all the mod cons.
Luxury Italian hotel brand JK Place is famous for drawing the cool crowd wherever it goes – so it’s more than likely that future fashion events like the two annual Paris Fashion Weeks will attract fashion aficionados from all over the world to savor its special kind of luxe. After all, it’s touted as being one of the most anticipated hotel openings of 2019. Need we say more?
